Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QuoteDrop (the “Service”), operated by Jeso Works LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

QuoteDrop helps exterior cleaning and trade contractors measure properties from satellite imagery, build quotes, send them to customers, schedule work, and collect payment.

2. Measurements and pricing are estimates

Measurements produced by the Service are approximations derived from third-party satellite imagery, and prices calculated from them are estimates only. Imagery may be out of date, obscured, or inaccurate. Roof pitch, obstructions, surface condition and access are not reliably visible from above.

You are solely responsible for verifying every measurement and price before quoting a customer or performing work. Jeso Works LLC is not responsible for jobs underbid, overbid, or mispriced for any reason, including an inaccurate measurement.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by crew members you invite. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Your data stays yours

You own the content you put into the Service — your clients, quotes, photos and business records. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display it in order to operate the Service.

Much of what you store describes your customers. As between you and us, you are the controller of that information and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to collect and upload it, including any photographs of private property.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

The Service is billed as a flat monthly subscription. Adding crew members does not change the price.
New accounts receive a free trial. A card is collected when you start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged at all.
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and we do not charge again.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase.

6. Payments from your customers

Payments your customers make through the Service are processed by Stripe and settle into your own Stripe account. Jeso Works LLC never takes custody of those funds and charges no fee on them. Stripe's own fees and terms apply, and disputes, chargebacks and refunds are between you, your customer and Stripe.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to message people who have not agreed to hear from you
Upload content you lack the rights to, or that is unlawful
Attempt to access another company's data, or probe or circumvent our security
Resell or white-label the Service without our written permission
Use the Service to break any law that applies to you, including tax, licensing and consumer-protection rules

8. Messaging and email

You are responsible for complying with the laws governing how you contact people, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM in the United States. Only send quotes, reminders and review requests to people who have given you their contact details for that purpose.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that measurements will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeso Works LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
